Dear Editor,
Saxena et al. concluded that “In our study, fatigue is the most common presenting symptoms followed by cough and breathlessness. Further evaluation and regular follow-up are required to substantiate this observation.”[1] We agree that post-COVID-19 symptoms are possible important clinical problems. In a previous study, more than 20% of the post-COVID-19 cases complained of fatigue/muscle weakness, dyspnea, pain and discomfort, anxiety/depression, and decreased focus.[2] The present study gives useful information on this issue. However, the yes/no style question might limit the reply from the responders. Some symptoms might not be included in the list. The subjective complaint also depends on the tolerance of each responder. If further study is planned, these points should be recognized.
